Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any product, tool, or service provided by The Manifesting Queen (operated by Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff, "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our Services

The Manifesting Queen offers:

• Digital courses and educational content on manifestation and personal development
• Content scheduling and automation tools for TikTok, accessible at tiktok365.themanifestingqueen.com
• The Heaven on Earth course suite and digital products available at vault.themanifestingqueen.com
• Email programs, guided meditations, workbooks, and related digital products

TikTok Scheduling Tool

Our TikTok content scheduling tool ("The Manifesting Queen Studio") integrates with TikTok's API to schedule and post content on behalf of authorized account holders. By authorizing this tool:

• You confirm you own or have authorization to post to the connected TikTok account
• You authorize us to upload and publish videos on your behalf according to the schedule you configure
• You remain solely responsible for all content posted through the tool
• You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TikTok API availability is outside our control. You may revoke access at any time through TikTok's Connected Apps settings.

Digital Products & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies (including Regulated Manifestation™), course materials, scripts, branding, and tools are the exclusive property of Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and The Manifesting Queen. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our tools to post content that violates TikTok's guidelines or any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary content or code
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to our tools
• Use our content for AI training datasets without written consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific results from manifestation practices, follower growth, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Manifesting Queen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or tools.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email.
