Gemma spent her early career in corporate advisory roles across Switzerland and the United States, eventually earning executive credentials at six top business schools while building her own enterprises. She experienced firsthand what executive education rarely addresses: that no amount of structural brilliance can compensate for a dysregulated nervous system, unhealed identity, or unexamined limiting beliefs.
